VISITOR'S GUIDE
During the event, all visitors to the three shows - XYLEXPO, COMPOSITES FUTURE and PLAST - will receive a free guide to the exhibition, including a detailed map, to make it easier to visit the pavilions and give exhibitors the chance to highlight the location of their stand and promote their products.
NEWSLETTER
Sent to over 70,000 recipients, the XYLEXPO newsletter keeps visitors up to date in the months leading up to the event, providing them with all the latest news they will be able to experience once they arrive at the event.
Dedicated newsletters will be sent to the COMPOSITES FUTURE audience, in which companies can promote their presence in the same way as in the XYLEXPO newsletter.
Exhibitors have the opportunity to promote their participation in the event with a banner in the newsletters on agreed dates.
BRANDED LANYARDS
At the entrance of each hall, branded lanyards can be distributed free of charge to all visitors from dedicated boxes.
The offer includes the branding of the boxes located in the entrance areas and their refilling.
Four boxes will be available and a single exhibitor can sponsor up to two boxes. The lanyards must be provided by the exhibitor.
PROMOTIONAL VIDEO
To make participating in XYLEXPO and COMPOSITES FUTURE even more remarkable, the ideal tool available to exhibitors is the production of a promotional video, a business card to showcase and promote machines and solutions. Cepra Multimedia offers a dedicated service* including:
• film crew with cameraman and director
• video clip provided as a file
• possibility to add subtitles or dubbing in multiple languages
* The service will be activated once the minimum number of companies requesting it has been reached.
VISIBILITY IN THE FAIRGROUND AREA
Inside the Fiera Milano grounds, the traditional billboard service has been improved with the Digital Signage offer: digital billboards, latest generation LED walls placed at the most strategic points of the Fair featuring dynamic multimedia content.

To amplify your presence before, during and after the fair, both physically and online, you can now choose the most suitable sponsorship option from the following three. As well as the individual services provided, the logos of the sponsoring companies will feature on all event promotional materials.
